At a presentation Wednesday the event organizer donated $75,000 from ticket sales to Clark County School-Community Partnership Program, The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, and Injured Police Officers Fund. Each non-profit received $25,000 from Insomniac Events.

Before the event there were concerns about security and safety because of past problems at concerts in California and Texas but the festival had no major problems.
