Music Festival Teams with Three Local Charities

The Electric Daisy Carnival is teaming up with three local charities to donate money from the festival back to the community.

The festival is June 24 through June 26 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The organizer of the event will give a dollar for each ticket sold and $10 for every guest list attendee to three different charities. The money will go to Clark County School Community Partnership Program which connects businesses to schools to enrich education.

Money raised will also go to the Smith Center for the Performing Arts. The center is currently under construction downtown but when finished it will be a state-of-the art home to performances big and small. It will also be a place for arts education in the valley.

A donation will also go to the Injured Police Officers Fund - Las Vegas. The fund provides support to officers hurt in the line of duty.

“For Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, we are working  closely with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police  Department to make this one of our safest events to date, so honoring an organization close to them is important to us,” said Pasqual Rotella, Insomniac’s CEO and founder. Tickets are still available for the three-day festival, you can buy them at the Electric Daisy Carnival website.
