Motor Speedway Hosting Duel in the Desert | Events
The Las Vegas Motor Speedway has again become home to the largest dirt track in the country for the 16th annual Duel in the Desert for the IMCA Modifieds.
The race features cars that are modified to be a combination of an open-wheel car and a stock car. IMCA is one of the oldest car racing associations in the country.
Organizers say hundreds of entries are expected for the races which start Thursday.
Three-day admission for adults is $50, for seniors or military personnel is $35 and kids is $18.
