As Valentine's Day approaches one office in Las Vegas is making sure the troops deployed overseas feel loved.

The people at Desert Call Connections have packed up hundreds of care packages for members of the military.

An employee of the company Raynell Ridgeway is a reservist and has been sent to Afghanistan. So the team decided to send love letters to his entire security squadron.

"I can only imagine how tough it is out there being away from your family and the stresses of being in the military," Curtis Vetter with Desert Call Connections said.

"Raynell and many of the other men and women like him are heroes. And this is how a hero should be treated," president and CEO of Desert Call Connections Gabriel Bristol said.

Bristol says they plan to send care packages to troops on a regular basis.
