On July 4 the nation will commemorate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. There will be numerous events around the Las Vegas valley and southern Nevada to celebrate the momentous day.

Everything from a parade to an extravagant fireworks show is listed below.

The Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade 20th Anniversary

Residents of Summerlin are invited to show off their patriotic spirit with their red, white and blue colors at the Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade taking place Friday, July 4. Celebrating 20 years, the Patriotic Parade features more than 70 entries including marching bands, floats, giant Macy's-style inflatable balloons and children's favorite storybook and cartoon characters.

Lake Las Vegas 4th of July Celebration

Lake Las Vegas will host a Fourth of July celebration on Sunday, July 3. Starting at 3 p.m. live music and sidewalk sales will start throughout the village. There will also be barbecue stations set up throughout the area. The Henderson Symphony Orchestra will perform at 8 p.m.
The fireworks show over the lake will take place at 9 p.m.

Ceasars Palace Las Vegas Firework Show

Caesars Palace will celebrate July 4th and mark its 50th anniversary with a "Summer of Caesars" celebration. On Sunday, July 3, Caesars Palace Las Vegas, will offer its biggest Independence Day celebration ever with a 10-minute fireworks display.

Fireworks will be shot from the hotel's Roman Tower beginning at 9:10 p.m. The festivities will also include live entertainment near or in front of the front fountains are, and across the Vegas strip at The LINQ Promenade.

The Stratosphere's Ultimate 4th of July Experience

The Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower will present its annual city wide fireworks display and "Independence Pool Party" on Sunday, July 3, 2016. The Stratosphere is offering several events, including Star Spangled Fun on the Fourth with a Tower Fireworks Spectacular show. The doors open at 6 p.m. At the Top of the World restaurant about the Stratosphere, Red, White and View dinner specials will be offered. Go here for more information.

Mandalay Bay July 4th Fireworks Show

As part of the Mandalay Bay Summer Concert Series, during the fourth of July weekend, Mandalay Bay will have a fireworks display and a musical performance by the famed multi-platinum rock band 311. On Saturday, July 2 guest can enjoy 311. The fireworks show will be displayed Sunday, July 3 at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets to the fireworks and musical performance are priced between $57 - $64. The doors open at 8 p.m.

July 4th Celebrations at the LINQ Promenade

The LINQ Promenade will celebrate the Fourth of July the 1st through the 4th. There will be 4th of July themed decor throughout the promenade. There will be live music performers each day and night, along with family friendly activities that include a DJ, balloon artists, face painters, stilt walkers, caricature artists, games and a lot more.

Stations Casinos July 4th Celebration

The Station Casino properties, which are located all across the valley, will shoot off fireworks from its Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson and its Red Rock Resort in the northwest. The shows start at 9 p.m.

Henderson's 4th of July Celebration

The City of Henderson will salute America by hosting its annual Fourth of July Celebration. The all-ages event will feature entertainment that includes classic songs from the 1980s, activities, concessions and a spectacular fireworks show. Admission is free.

The night will be topped off with an 18 m minute fireworks display by Lantis Fireworks and Lasers. Parking will be available at Foothill High School, located at 800 College Dr. Complimentary shuttle service from the location will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Boulder City 4th of July Damboree Celebration

Boulder City will host its annual Damboree Celebration on July 4th. The Parade starts at 9 a.m. The parade route is Nevada Way, 5th Street, Avenue B. Morning events will start at 10 a.m. and will be at Broadbent Park located at 1301 5th Street. Afternoon events will be held at Veterans Memorial Park. The fireworks show at Veterans Memorial Park starts at 9 p.m.
